No, that's of course idiotic. You have to add ALL the screen-time (TV,
Computer, DVD, Playstation etc.) and should not allow your children more
than 45 minutes daily. And not one minute longer. Plus: Kids' rooms should
be TV- and Computer-free zones. Period --
