I second that e-motion.  A deceptively slender volume. The way my
life's going, I'm hesitant to sign on to host (and VL just blew past
me all too quickly, at least in Davetime), but between a recently
tapped vein of used copies and that "Olive" ed., I might as well be
rereading it, so ...
