IV: pot: Doc stoned throughout book or not?

Granted, when it comes to pot there's stoned and then there's STONED,  
1 toke compared to 10, say,  but the folks I I know who smoke pot  
daily seem to be getting a buzz on. Definitely a topic worthy of  
attention in an IV group discussion, tracking how often Doc smokes and  
how much each time, and how the author describes his state of mind.
