Casting the IV Movie

Here's an exercise TRP himself might enjoy.... doing a little hypothetical
casting for the film, should it actually get made. I've obviously strayed a
little, casting some folks who weren't actors (or at least some who can't
act). But, sorry, I just couldn't help but think of Billy as Bigfoot while I
was reading... Now everybody-- (Somebody's got to think of a good Shasta

be?)
