Another Boilernmaker for Dave Monroe

Can't find Dave's post re Boilermaker, wha, wha? and am too full of manic fingertipfeeling to go to the archives...so:

1) I laughed at the joke of a prisoner being 'taught'to be a great boiler of water....thought of the uselessness of much rehabilition work for prisoners, worse than making license plates.....

2) Now, Dave has rung a change on Artesian well, water, name for a Crips
gang.....which also makes me think of a joke on 'anger' and more on the great help [sarcasm here, fyi] prisons are in rehabilition......?

Glen just boils in prison? 

OR Too Kutely Klever to carry any water?
