The pussy/vagina joke also appears in VL (p. 73):
 
"Another pussy routine," speculated Flash.
"Fletcher --"
"Oh, *I'm* sorry! I meant 'vagina' of course!"
 
I guess he REALLY likes this joke. Sadly, though, it doesn't appear in IV.
