Editing Pynchon?

Well, you are welcome and Yes.....but I meant only he (and Pynchon, of course) know what official 'editing' in an editor's role means for recent Pynchon. 

His boss and even ms. Jackson might not know the detailed extent. Or, maybe Ms. jackson is the key 'editor'...?
