I scored a used copy of the book for one cent + shipping ($3.99, which
is maybe a buck or two more than absolutely necesary, but, really ...)
there, the movie on VHS (doesn't seem to have been on DVD yet) or
$5.99 + shipping, and that's only because I simply leapt before
checking the public library (across the street ...) an the
couple/three used bookstores along my path to/from work, not to
mention other websites.  There are still 2 cent copies of the book
there, videos for $6-ish ...
