Charles Hollander, Doug Millison and I all met @ the Whitney Museum in
NYC for the press/member preview of the 2004 Whitney Biennial to see
in person Zak Smith's Illustrations
for Each Page of Gravity's Rainbow ...

... (I went back every morning for five mornings to go through them
page by page, and have since seen it again @ its permanent home @ the
Walker in Minneapolis),  I've also since met Tim Strzechowski a couple
/few times in Chicago (I'm in Milwaukee), and hope to meet more of you
in the event I ever actually get to travel again.  I'll try to have a
phone next time ...
