re. Beatles/Stones

Yes, while the Beatles were more influenced by Rock n Roll than Blues. Plus they had lots of more eclectic tastes as well: girl groups, etc. I dunno, the Beatles just always seemed like more *fun*, the Stones made serious music, serious in the sense of glum.
