Also, only the organized workers can advance a policy that challenges
capitalism & the interests of the financial elite, but there is no
such organized worker movement in the working class that is not
infected with the Death Instinct, the Webb curse. The Elite too is
cursed, of course, but it can mitigate the impact of the curse by
buying youth (as Vibe buys Kit) or by discovering new devils (Walker
Foley), diversifying its portfolio (marry Edwarda Beef), murdering its
own or sending them off to be murdered in wars, keeping them out of
the loop.  If only Zoyd had better leadership skills.
