JFK the movie was pretty funny--the joe pesci bits were
memorable--pbly sank his career
i don't really think much of Garrison--the Bill O'Reilly of his day
but w/ subpoena power

you asked about pynchon's red sox leanings in IV?  what about the
clunky 'doc was watching the 76'ers and Milwaukee' what b-ball fan
would say that, he should've written sixers-bucks ;)
