The review is called "Rocket Power" and was originally printed 
in the Saturday Review, March 3, 1973, pp. 59-64. It was reprinted
in "Pynchon: A Collection of Critical Essays" (edited by Edward
Mendelson), Englewood Cliffs, NJ: Prentice-Hall, 1978, pp. 167-78.
It was also reprinted in "Thomas Pynchon's 'Gravity's Rainbow': 
Modern Critical Interpretations" (edited by Harold Bloom), Chelsea 
House Publishers, 1986, pp. 11-20.
 
I haven't been able to find it online, but it may hide out there
on the ARPAnet somewhere.
