I suppose the insertion of "technically" does allow for some ambiguity
in the matter, but Zoyd is hardly a government-subsidized snitch on a 
par with Frenesi and Flash. He comes dangerously close after having been 
framed with a big, shaggy monolith of marijuana, but Sasha comes sashaying 
in and saves the day (VL, 294-95) - summoned, it is implied, by a phone 
call from Hector.
