Shasta Fay Hepworth

A lot of possibilities in that name. Good catch on Faye from Day of
the Locust. Also, of course, reminds of Fay Wray and King Kong.

Probably nothing to this, bit the 'Hepworth' suggests a conflation of
'Hepburn', as in Katherine, and 'Hayworth', as in lovely Rita.
