My initial though was, indeed, wait.  But we had momentum going, and,
in the end, I'm most concerned, as should we all be, to make things
convenient for people actually willing to host, rather than--and

David, don't (once again ...) be an asshole simply because you have
some ridiculous longstanding grudge against/distaste for me, and feel
compelled to bitch about everything I do, not the least of which is
endure yr bullshit on an all too regular (meaning, at all) basis.  I'm
at least as crotcehty and old man as you are, and these days, I'm
armed as well.  Canes @ dawn?  let me know ...

Discuss the book, David.  I'm sure you'll find something constructive
to say.  It's happened before, even if tehre's nothing to compare it
to now ...

Okay, MAYBE I can still eke out a note or two yuet today before
enduring yet another round of medical attention (have yet another of
my seemingly daily appoinments this afternoon, so ...) ...
