Where the fuck do you get off, man?

The main thing wrong with this is the phrase 'failed to address the
issue', as if failing to do something positive to help alleviate those
problems wasn't a part of the Reganite program, which in fact set out
very deliberately to worsen and further entrench those sorts of
problems.
Just sayin'
