The Perot systems integration strategy was fairly straightforward: 
find a large company that needs to automate something.  Read the 
specs carefully looking for oversights and additional opportunities. 
Write a highly motivated proposal and bid low.  Get into the 
organization with a crowd of programmers, analysts, testers, sales 
people disguised as consultants and get a multitasking project 
manager who can operate on the same level as the host's top (highly 
paid) IT chief and sell sell sell.
