The Perot systems integration strategy was fairly straightforward:
find a large company that needs to automate something. Read the
specs carefully looking for oversights and additional opportunities.
Write a highly motivated proposal and bid low. Get into the
organization with a crowd of programmers, analysts, testers, sales
people disguised as consultants and get a multitasking project
manager who can operate on the same level as the host's top (highly
paid) IT chief and sell sell sell.
