One last thought about Obama's War

and yes, it is his war now.

Nixon gets most of the grief for went down in Vietnam and deservedly
so.  But as Daniel Ellsberg notes in the documentary Hearts and Minds,
every president along the way lied to the American people and added to
the moral black hole that became the full blown destructive monster it
became--they are all guilty from Truman, Eisenhower on down.

So it goes now with Afghanistan (and still Iraq who still experience
major terror attacks monthly it seems including today). I hope Obama
finds his wits and figures something out and not have his name added
to the list of infamy, and more importantly, give the next guy down
the road to add his/hers.
