You plisters who live in London or have lived or travelled there must know this, but I din't. I have learned it from David Thomson's Trying to Tell The Story, 2009. 

There is a White City Tube stop (or White City place w bus stop)AND a 
Crystal Palace bus stop in or outside of London. Why aren't these in the annotations or are they and my sieveilized mind has forgotten?
