Looking at these etymological listings, "Shake & Bake" should be an
activity that's either easy to pull off or at least easy to give the
impression that it is:

	shake and bake: noun Definition:

quick impressive move: a quick impressive move against an
opponent, especially in basketball ( informal )

Alternately,

	Noun: shake and bake (uncountable)
	• Something fast, or easy to use or perform; a simple, crude
	object or action.
