Yeah, just got a new turntable and exploring all my old vinyl. Stereo
though. Part of the inspiration for this was the claims from various
Beatle cognoscenti that the remasters sound so much like the vinyl. I
realized that since I HAVE those records on vinyl it's cheaper to buy
a turntable than 2 boxed sets. Then there is the pleasure of listening
while holding the big ole album cover and reading the liner notes.
Yeah, I'm like that.
I do have the Veejay version of the first Beatles record. It weighs a ton. Mono.
