You didn't 'eat one too', you originated teh idea that Pynchon writing
GR whilst tripping equates to Lennon recording Strawberry Fields
Forever whilst tripping. As I said, that's not really a sensible
comparison, and in any case Lennon wasn't tripping. It is very very
well documented that Lennon took LSD in Abbey Road studios exactly
once, by mistake, and no recording was made, he felt sick, "scared on
the mike", etc.
