Good Point. He could also be pointing to the inherent fascism and  
criminality corrupting the American experiment in self governance and  
the adoption of/cooperation with such tactics by agencies sworn to  
defend the law.

I simply can't condemn or call it murder when someone defends  
themselves from another person intent on killing them.

I have no gun, and am a quaker intent on living a non-violent life.  
As you can see from my post on Obama's Nobel speech I abhor war and  
Obama's shitty arguments for it. But I think there is a difference in  
the moral position of an aggressor and someone who defends themselves  
from aggression.
