You'll notice that rj never said anything about "fair."  He said, "I
also don't believe it's correct to call Doc and Bigfoot 'partners.'"
They aren't partners, period.  Each is looking out for his own
interests, and no one is getting paid anything for what they are able
to learn from each other.  If you want to call them
"partners," then the whole wide world is one big partnership.  And,
yes, I'm aware of P's daisey-chain obsession.
