Publisher's catalog copy?

In case anyone out there is even more of an obsessive than I am ...

I'm trying to track down Little, Brown's catalogue from late '83/early '84 that carried the announcement and description of Slow Learner. Does anyone have it, or photocopies of the relevant pages?  Likewise  for Henry Holt's catalogue announcing Mason & dixon (which may or may not match what was put up on the "official" website)?

OK, in for a penny ... Catalog copy for V., Lot 49, and/or Gravity's Rainbow, anyone?
