It's been a long time since I have read Fanon and would love you to elaborate.
Violence, perhaps, in the most hopeless of situations, as a plister has reminded from M & D, was something Fanon argued...
I think.

One of the great thinkers of the 20th century, indeed. As for Fanon's relevance to Pynchon, I'd suggest looking at his concept of manichaeism aka "excluded middles" around these parts.
