Thanks for that tip about Hariprasad Chaurasia. Dont have high speed
so can't do you tube. I have some Indian and Persian Music and love
the sound of the bansuri. Will be looking for this.
I understand that Gandhi drew inspiration from the Bagavad Gita and
there are many beautiful and very deep ideas there. But I find it to
be as dangerous as the Tanakh, which I still read from time to time,
and which also inspires many who are devoted to peace. My point is
that it does not represent he only ideas about karma or the only
picture of Krishna, and that the obvious interpretation of warfare is
just as creepy as any other holy war bs. Nice to read the
Satyagraha paragraphs.
I do think the is whole Krishna study helps reveal the serious intent
and craftsmanship that goes into setting up the college of the surf
confrontation.
