by asking what I was going to do today, I remembered to call Mrs
Parke, and we're going over there in a few minutes.  That's good
because she was in the hospital to get her toe amputated and then she
was in rehab, and her son (Marie's younger brother Eugene, who had a
stroke shortly after we came back to town and then some kind of
operation, but seems to be doing pretty well) wasn't answering the
phone (he's a hard man to catch)

so, thank you!

I would really miss you.  If you need another reason.
