VL-IV: time frame People's Park?

okay, if DL picked up Frenesi on Telegraph Avenue during a time of
extreme unrest...

then I would surmise this would be the People's Park events.

to my knowledge, although there were lots of protests, People's Park,
1969, was the big one where Reagan called on the National Guard.

Also, that might have put Frenesi at school during the Mario Savio
free speech events in 1965?
