So the term has entered the lexicon, but
I'm not sure there is any real consensus- part of
the charm, I guess. I agree, though, Frenesi is no hippy-
unless she needs to be, like when DL drops her
off by the side of the road and she happens into
the bar where Zoyd and the Corvairs are playing.

She's an operative, and what a great gig she had-
defacto head of the film collective, on the front lines
of everything that was happening, a leader in "the
movement," "where the action was," and where
all the wanna be's wanted to be. First generation
college from working class roots, she had all the
credentials. It makes her all the more enigmatic and
exasperating.

I relate to her name as "Frenzy" -- I never would have thought of
"Free 'n' Easy" as applying to her. Maybe Zoyd would, but that'
s part
of his whole point-missing (which is itself endearing)

nherited her father's "love for the light", her mother's looks, and
studied film at Berkeley. There is literally no part of her that is
into the free 'n' easy hippie chick domesticity thing.
