There is no embargo or there would not have been so many early ARC's distributed. 

Publishers ask reviewers, review media not to run any reviews until pub ...week (if not day). 
Say, the Sunday before.

I think it is very interesting, very gratifying,  that no bloggers or early ARC readers have yet run more than
hints and feints....
