Prairie has been watching the footage and trying to see it through  
Frenesi's eyes.

A phone call from Mirage reveals that Pluto was making a station and  
"going direct again."  Meaning that the good times were over and  
power was on the rise.  "Reagan gets reelected," Zipi had  
suggested.   -  Time for extra paranoid watching.

This one was a real landslide - in November, 1984 Reagan carried all  
the states except for Mondale's Minnesota.

Prairie thinks Vond's pursuit is about her mom but DL says it's more  
something between men,  "...it's about whoever's  runnin'  Brock  
thinking, What can I get him to do for me, what are his limits, and  
Brock thinking,  I did this deed for him, it wasn't so bad, but  
what'll he ask me to do next?"

They continue to hypothesize about Brock and Frenesi and the  
possibility of Frenesi making it look good so the boys "can go on  
porkin' each other. "

The thing that makes Vond so dangerous is that "...there's nothing  
holding him back."   "He's a monomaniac and a killer ..."


  But  Brock is just a tool someone else is using and he's seeing  
what they'll ask him to do.  He can and will do anything.  He  
probably wants Frenesi to do something more for him.  And Frenesi  
will be sooooo surprised.    The Yu Jen - Fool.
