Jules Siegel's Playboy article

Does anyone have a link to Siegel's article "Who is Thomas Pynchon and  
Why Did He Take Off With My Wife?" I've googled it extensively but  
cannot find anything but reviews of Siegel's book of collected works  
and other articles that quote the one I am searching for.

Interesting that Siegel wrote about this List in the aforementioned  
book; I wonder has anyone actually read it?
