"Vineland's America"

Has anyone had any luck downloading the .pdf version of Márk Kaposvári's" Vineland's America"?
 It's linked to http://primus.arts.u-szeged.hu/american/americana/volIIno1/kaposvari.htm, but the would-be download starts out extremely slow, then tanks.
