Not only have I seen it, I have a copy on my game shelf and have  
played it a dozen times or so. I think I mentioned the game on here a  
year or so ago.

It's a fun game with a good combination of luck and skill. Does take a  
few games to get the hang of all the various things one can try to  
thwart your opponents and increase your own chances of winning.

Like a good many of the "euro-games", mostly from Germany, the rules  
are somewhat more complex than Monopoly, and have to be read carefully.
