And I'll leave it at that.  Sorry, y'all fell victim to my impulse to
pontificate on the workings of communication, electronic or otherwise,
vs. my impulse to prove to myself my continued ability to read certain
stuations, well, like a book.  All coupled (tripled?  triaded?
trioed?  I suspect I may lifted that last neoverb from a Red Lobster
commercial ...) to make it all as self-referential as possible.
Anyway, to reiterate (...), no need to apologize for "repeating"
something, as of course, as we have seen, context is evershifting, new
readers/responses are always possible ...

... on the other hand, never hurts to make it LOOK good, at least.  I
will admit to having not much participated in the VL discussion 'cos
I've been too lazy/cheap to dig up/get a new copy. so ...

So keep up the good work, y'all.  Looks like one of the more
productive, and certainly one of best mannered, group readings we've
