Happy St. Urho's Day!

We eat lutefisk my mom's Norwegian way - boiled and served with
melted butter, salt and pepper. Ate it every year for Christmas
until I was 20 or so, and then intermittently since then. Never
had it in March but I found it by accident and so it seemed like St.
Uhru's Day was a good reason. (heh) I love it but my great aunt
would have starved before she ate that stuff. It's not as smelly as
it used to be - the processing is different.
