"shamrock" - Word of the Day from the OED

A perfectly useful phrase (and, more importantly, concept), but one I would never apply to Margaret Thatcher.  Among right-wing nut jobs, Evita Peron is the archetype, with Sarah Palin being an more than adequate recent exemplar.
