But just to be clear - I believe that post-Communist Serbia was a fascist state that practiced genocide against the non-Serbuan peoples of the bordering territories of Bosnia and Kosovo, and that the Western powers were right to intervene against it militarily (and indeed should have done so earlier than they did.)  Let's set aside the obvious point that Serbian apologists had and have a right to publish or say anything they want, and ask what Chomsky actually believed on the issue of military intervention against Serbia.
