Thank You too.
[what the hell do I do anyway?]
Today I'm making beans, rice & cookies [under the agesis of Food Not
Bombs] for a "Rally in the Valley" celebrating [and featuring] Cindy
Sheehan. [I ask Robin & Jason what's going to happen there—"Lots of
preaching to the choir ", "A lot of 'Right On's' will be shouted."]
Some how the counterpoint of our local soiree, played over 24fps' main
theme with an ostinato of war, war, war as realized by real humans
turned real monsters produces a fugue state, just on the fine edge of
the whole thing falling apart—as expressed in our ongoing Chomsky
firefight.
I guess that's what I do. Make cookies, not war.
But we'll probably get into some small skirmishes over the non-PC
nature of the cookies. There's the blood, sin and waste of eggs [de-
beaking, mass chicken slaughter, tiny cage torture, Sarah Palin
belching into a microphone with an abattoir as a backdrop], similar
carnage in the butter [veal marscapone, Upton Sinclair, that whole
Treyf thing] walnuts [food allergies]. The beans & rice ought to be
safe: they're 100% vegan.
Anyone else notice the high degree of vegetarian consciousness in
Against the Day?
