Your two posts eh? What about this one:
http://www.waste.org/mail/?list=pynchon-l&month=0903&msg=133736&sort=date
I would draw your attention, in particular to this bit:
<< 4. The original article can be found at:
http://www.chomsky.info/onchomsky/20051031.htm.
If you do bother read it, consider the tone, smug, and the intended Guardian reader, people who like
to think themselves politically progressive but can't be bothered to read
Chomsky. It mocks Chomsky in order to mock the concept of intellectual, very
English middle-class: Having read Brockes they can go along to their
dinner-parties and agree, were his name to be mentioned, that Chomsky isn't
worth taking seriously. (For pretty much the same reason, of course, they
don't have to bother reading Pynchon after the inevitable poor reviews.)

You seem pretty 'aligned' there.
SO, you have a go at Guardian readers, now you say you are one? Are you sure you;re the only Paul Nightingale on this list? YOu're like a human lump of Iceland Spar. Speaking of which, aren't you the wingnut who ignored the Group Read of ATD yet carried out your own solo group read at the same time, sending in post after post of pseudo intellectual wafflings which pretty much nobody responded to?
I did contribute to the ATD group read, by the way. I aslo wrote a review of the book, etc.....

Nope. I mentioned teh Guardina episode in response to somebody asking when did Chomsky 'rrecently' make a pronouncement on Bosnia. Didn't mention it in my first post.
> Well, you did depend rather a lot on the "mild piss-take" first time out.
I don't need to 'depend' on anything.
> given your inability to practise logic.
Can't compete with yours, that's fer sure.
> Me, I'm back to AtD, so feel free to have the last word.
Ah, so you're still hammering away at that eh? Don't let me disturb you....
