The Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth has acquired what some scholars
now say is the first painting made by Michelangelo. And if he created
it, he did so when he was only 12 or 13. (dang)

"The Torment of Saint Anthony."

goes on display in June at the Met Museum of Art NYC--may be a nice
side trip for the p-list gathering july?

like seeing Bosch's The Last Judgement at the Academie für Bildenden
Künste in Vienna--my girlfriend had to drag me out of the place
