CoL49 is set in the time that "She Loves You" was on the charts. Early
1964. The song was issued on Swan in 16 September 1963, making it the
second Beatle record to be issued in the states, but initially did not
chart. The song re-entered the chart on January 25, 1964 and stayed on
the charts for fifteen weeks, two of those weeks at number one.
