It's anarchist/of the night/dark/depends on the power of silence. It's  
much like the Panic Movement, has its long roots in the families of  
the dispossessed. Lots of the elements that would re-emerge as the  
anarchist's stories in Against the Day first appear as the Trystero.  
In CoL49 we are looking at the stamps. In AtD we are looking at the  
people who are using those stamps.
