"Can" does not exemplify K-rock, any more than Bjork, who had a
correspondence with Stockhausen a young woman, exemplifies... anything.
Kraut-rock was, for the most part, just a bunch of German long-hairs who
read a book or two.

I've heard pieces by Stockhausen (who resembled in his youth me in my youth)
live, in concert, and he wasn't about the electronics, or even, per se,
noise, any more than was Cage.

Well, for that matter, Czukay was Stockhausen's student.
