I just bought that one a couple of weeks ago. I've been collecting all
American and British editions of Lot 49 (and GR), and this was the last 
one. An interesting tidbit: Notice that the description on the back cover
of this edition contains an erroneous reference to:
 
"Genghis Cohen, who likes sex with the news on"
 
This is bad enough, but what is even worse is that the American Bantam
edition from 1980 - with the Echo Courts Motel on its cover - see it here:

- contains exactly the same faulty phrase on its back cover. Apparently some lazy 
person at American Bantam copied the description written by some lazy person 
at British Penguin.
