FFO  -  Definition  (including the Reit)
Funds From Operations. A financial measure used by REITs to define  
their operating performance. FFO is calculated by adding depreciation

Whatever -  in this case the FFO is a nightclub:
Whisky A-Go-Go (correct spelling)  had a lot of British bands back in  
the days - King Crimson (see below) played there in 1969.  - (I was  
there in the summer of 1966, when the Strip first got hot.  I have no  
idea who I saw on stage - I was 18,  not even legal - I didn't know  
anything about any "riots;"  we just came and went.)

  *  King Crimson,  a British rock group of the time is a possiblity -  
they debuted at a freebie concert in Hyde Park hosted by the Rolling  
Stones.   They did a California tour in 1969-70 which included the  
Whisky (yes - correct spelling).
