Gerald Posner, arguing against conspiracy theories about CIA involvement in 
the JFK assassination:

"Most conspiracy theorists don't understand this. But if there really were a 
C.I.A. plot, no documents would exist."

Sounds reasonable. Might be some people who went the same way as the 
documents.
