a pynchonesque moment

... yesterday evening, when I was skimming through "The Economist", I came
to stay reading an article about Louisiana (vgl. Statewatch: Louisiana:
After the storm. Hit hard then, but now holding on. In: The Economist Nr.
8653, October 17th--23rd 2009, p. 53), where I read, among other things,
about the hopes of Stephen Moret, the head of Louisiana Economic Development;
a-and then, near to the article's end, there came this very sentence as follows:

"Mr Moret is especially excited about a new car company called v-Vehicle,
which is taking over an old GM plant."

Had to read this twice, 'cause for a second or two I though my mind was
playing tricks on me ...
